Omni-Service made a start in 1997 with services of sorting incoming mail and keypunching data, i.e. providing services of keypunching data from letters, orders etc. in databases in industrial volumes. Next step of development was setting up of printing and personalization department, and this made it possible to occupy market segment of personalization different materials. Foundation of a production department with manual and automatic packing of letters, parcels and postal packets accomplished buildup of a full-service direct mail support company.

In order to enhance production resources, planning development of services and overall growth of volumes processed tasks in 2006-2007 all production capacities were transferred in new industrial-warehouse complex in Tula.

Complex in Tula is a property of company Omni-Service and it was fully redesigned in order to fit all needs of direct mail business. Today industrial-warehouse complex in Tula provides accomplishment of all production tasks through its section of printing and personalization, section of post-printing processes and automatic parcel packing, unit of manual parcel packing, warehouse with rack systems allowing storage of pallets, boxes and items and pickup section, and division of transport and logistics.

In order to provide services not only in Russia, but also in CIS countries, Omni-Service set up subsidiary company in Kiev, Ukraine in 2003 and in Almaty, Kazakhstan in 2005. In this way Omni Service made it easier to its customers to enter Ukrainian and Kazakh DM market, providing there same services as in Russia.

Now Omni-Service is a large-scale developing and growing company. Orientation on customer needs, permanent rationalization of technologies and processes and developing production and warehouse facilities – are the major advantages of Omni-Service. Entering DM markets of Ukraine and Kazakhstan made it necessary to work out uniform incompany standards of customer service, build-up knowledge and technologies bases, organization of systems of centralized accounting. Now the global corporate computer-aided manufacturing system is developed and is setting up.

Omni-Service shows extensive growth in setting subsidiaries and capital construction of production centers and warehouses, and this goes with intensive development very efficient. Investment in automating production processes, replacement manual work with machine, upgrading and computation of operators positions – that is the way of development in Omni-Service. Building up complete and clear production registration, integration of warehouse accounting in all subsidiaries in single computer system, implementation of progressive technologies in all activity levels – are the actual objects of the near future.
